The most beautiful—yet certainly the busiest—month of the year. Everyone wants to look their best, and that’s exactly what I want for all of you.
Please read the rules carefully and stick to them even more than usual.
Plan your travel well and organize your appointments properly so that together we can make sure everyone is helped (on time).

Policy

 

Booking free

The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances and will, of course, be deducted at checkout.

Hair

• We only work with raw hair from our own collection or from third parties. 
• Come with your hair prepaired. Clean, blowdried and free from any product. 
• If you can't blow dry yourself. Please book it with your appointment. 

Cancellation or reschedule 

• Cancellation or changing the appointment can be done via the link in the confirmation mail. This can be done up to 48 before the hair date.

•  No hard feelings if you unexpectedly can’t or don’t want to come anymore. Just let me know in time so other clients have the opportunity to get their hair done.
• If you want to cancel the appointment within 48 before the appointment. You have to pay half of the service. 
•  If you want to cancel the appointment within 24 before the appointment. You have to pay the FULL price of the service. 

Late policy

15 minutes late and your appointment will automatically cancelled. 

Company
A maximum of 1 person can attend the appointment. Please let it know before you bring someone with you.
